I had already had a friend rave to me about Bento Ninja & used the in-cup tea strainer, which are so good - no more leaky bits of tea escaping into the cup and I can stick any of my garden herbs in there for a great cup of tea!
The peg rack and pegs are wonderful. Yes, they're pricey compared to pastic but the feel good factor of not finding plastic pegs blown around in my garden & having them snap on me mid-peg is well worth it. Also knowing that my washing stays on the line in these surprisingly windy spring days.
The rainbow pegs and cups are so pretty, they make great christmas presents for my eco friendly family members :-)
Best of all is the service and care to attention in the packaging. Not a shred of plastic anywhere, even the tape on the box was paper - so the box goes straight onto the garden as mulch.

We love all our Bentoninja products, but the pot scrubber is possibly my favourite!
This pot would previously have been close to an hour scrubbing with God knows how many steel wool scrubbers, all of which would have ended up in the bin 🚮🚫👎

I added hot water and a squirt of dishwash liquid, a bit of the old elbow grease and about ten minutes later she's shining like brand new again!

I have really sensitive skin, so I found steel wool and similar products combined with hot water and soap used to tear my hands apart! But the pot scrubber only scrubs the dirt, and my hands are left in tact 👌👌👌

We also love smoothies, but often forget to rinse the smoothie bottles straight away 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I chuck hot water and the pot scrubber into the bottles at night, give them a good shake and they're 90% clean with 0% effort!

Love these products

I was wanting to minimise plastic use in our household especially around food, so I was looking at stainless lunchboxes including planet box and other international brands. I settled on BentoNinja Ultimate Ninja Pack for a few reasons. It seemed that the configuration of the boxes would be more flexible. Because there were no tiny compartments built in, which seems great for little people but not so much with kids 6+. We mix it up and do sandwiches one day with the full box, then just send the shallow box section with snacks and partner with a thermos for hot lunch. The set came with lots of different leakproof containers so I can pack leaky cut fruit like kiwifruit and it doesn't get all over everything else. This was a huge plus, as many other boxes are not leakproof and you have to buy all the other bits separately. Some of the other boxes actually need you to transport them in another lunch bag which is also very spendy and potentially another thing for my kids to lose :/

These boxes are easy to clean, I just pop them in the dishwasher.

I wondered whether the lunchboxes would be a bit heavy for my kids at 6 and 7 but they are completely happy, no complaints about the extra weight. I see these lunchboxes as having longevity as they are so big and configurable.

I'm really happy with our lunchboxes and the service is great too, the shipping was lightning fast and we got a personalised email message thanking us for our purchase. Thanks Bento Ninja fam.

Forever pegs that will last forever...

Cannot recommend enough. They are so much better than the regular plastic pegs. I have tried wooden pegs in the past too but they're not strong enough to keep clothes hung if there is a bit of wind I find. These do (and we live in North Otago where it can be a bit windy sometimes... although it's not as bad as Wellington ;) ). I know that there are similar ones available at the Warehouse but for me, supporting a small business owner was more important and the customer service is also vastly different. Love Bento Ninja products and cannot recommend them enough.

Perfect Set

So far this has been a great purchase - I have put off buying a 'bento' style lunch box due to the fact so many of them have quite small compartments. This is a lunch box for my always hungry son so it was important to have a large non restrictive lunch box and this really fits the bill. The set provides great size containers that you can use but don't have to depending on what's on offer for lunch that day it is great to have the flexibility and a lunch box that I trust and hope will last. We were previously buying lunchboxes every 6 months so I see a win win with this investment - cost is really only a couple of years worth of lunchboxes in this case and win - WAY more environmentally friendly and win - super easy to clean!!!!

Rainbow Pegs®- Stainless Steel Marine Grade Clothes Pegs
Best pegs, definitely worth it

I first tried these last year and they are so good, this is my third pack of Rainbow pegs. I've been adding to my peg stash as my rubbish plastic pegs die, and now my peg bag is completely Forever pegs and Rainbow pegs. Both are great, I find these Rainbow pegs are even slightly grippier than the marine grade tough Forever pegs, so I use these for bulky stuff such as nappy inserts, and the Forever pegs for more delicate stuff like the nappy covers. I hang everything out on clothes horses too, and both handle the thicker wire without any issue. I have also tried stainless steel pegs from the Warehouse and found their grip was useless in comparison

The Forever Clothes Pegs Ultimate Pack are a hit in our family for the following reasons:
- The light duty pegs are great for delicate washings. They did not leave any peg markings and were steadfast with recent winds.
- The heavy duty pegs are really heavy duty and can hold a pair of wet jeans in wind with ease.
- All pegs are very well made and are rather durable. Certainly will last a lot longer than plastic pegs. They also do not stain clothing like timber pegs can if they get wet from showers.
- The cotton bags are also very durable and give plenty of information which are the light and heavy duty pegs.
- Best of all, when they finally do meet their economic lifespan, they are completely recyclable.

I do not leave many reviews, but I feel Bento Ninja deserve it. They really have supplied New Zealand with long lasting quality products that are completely recyclable. I recommend their clothes pegs and will likely purchase more in the near future. Thank you Bento Ninja Family for a great product.

Love this hanger!!

Absolutely love this hanger! I bought it to help with my cloth nappy journey and it’s been a life saver not to mention time saver! So perfect for the nappies, inserts and cloth wipes and I can hang it discreetly in the garage and raise it to the roof and they dry in no time!! Amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

Best drink bottle ever!

My 3yo daughter absolutely LOVES her insulated Bento Ninja drink bottle. We searched for ages trying to find one with a straw (bonus that you can buy replacements) that is also insulated. She loves having ice in her drink bottle for hot days at kindy so this drink bottle is perfect. It's been a month so far and no scratches - nice and hard wearing. Great work team!

It took me a very long time and alot of fails over the years with lunchboxes getting beaten, broken and not being big enough for my son's bottomless, growing tummy.
To be honest I was a bit weary with how much I was willing to put into a lunchbox (having already spent probably 4 times the amount over 3yrs with nothing to show for it) but seeing the Lifetime Warranty and reviews it really sold me!!
